Shipping policy

Custom orders are processed within 7-10 business days.

Transfers, Tissue Paper, Flakes, Paint, Accessories, Brush, and Roller orders are processed with 3-5 business days.

Orders containing both custom and paint items, the process time will default to the Custom Item order process time, 7-10 business days.

Online orders can be selected for local pickup at Alamo Craft Company in San Antonio, TX. These orders are processed the same as above, 7-10 business days for custom orders and 1-2 business days for paint, brush, and roller items. 

Once your order is process and shipped you will receive a ship/pickup/delivery time notification, shipments will include tracking information.
