Common Questions and Answers

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup in the San Antonio, Texas area at Alamo Craft Company, located at 6151 NW Loop 410, Ste 302, San Antonio, TX. Orders for pickup are typically ready within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification letting you know that it is ready for pickup.

If the product is sold out at the store, please contact us; we may have inventory on the way.

Shipping

We provide a flat shipping fee of $7.00 for all orders of Fusion Mineral Paint, Jolie Paint, ReDesign with Prima, Staalmeester, and Zibra brushes. In the event that the total value of your order for these items reaches $100 or more, the shipping fee will be waived. These products typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. Upon processing of your order, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

It is important to note that shipping for custom, furniture, and decor items is based on weight. If your order includes any combination of Fusion Mineral Paint, Jolie Paint, ReDesign with Prima, Staalmeester, and Zibra brushes in addition to other items, the shipping cost will also be calculated based on weight. All other ordered items (including finished, unfinished, or custom product lines) may require 7 to 10 business days for processing.

Furthermore, if Fusion, Zibra, Staalmeester, and/or Jolie products are ordered alongside any other items (finished, unfinished, or custom product lines), the shipping timeframe will default to 7 to 10 business days.

Returns

Products purchased onsite at Alamo Craft Company cannot be returned. 

Returns can only be processed 15 days after order is received, please initiate contact with our customer service team via email. In your correspondence, kindly provide your order number, the specific item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photographs documenting any damage to the product. Please be advised that Fusion Paint, Stain, Glaze, Waxes, and Accessories are eligible for return only if they remain unopened. In the event that damage occurs during shipping, we request that you take photographs of the packaging and include these images in your email regarding the return. We are committed to assisting you in processing claims for any damaged products through the appropriate courier service that delivered your order (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
