Local Pickup

We offer local pickup in the San Antonio, Texas area at Alamo Craft Company located at 6151 NW Loop 410, Ste 302, San Antonio, TX 78238. These orders are usually ready in 24-48 hours once the order has processed, you will receive a notification that your order is ready for pick-up.

If the product is sold out at the store please contact us, we may have inventory on the way. 

Shipping

We have a $5.00 flat rate fee for all Fusion Mineral Paint, Jolie Paint, ReDesign with Prima, Staalmeester, and Zibra brushes. If orders for these items are $100+ shipping is Free. However, all Custom, Furniture, and Decor items are shipped per weight. If orders combine Fusion Mineral Paint, Jolie Paint, ReDesign with Prima, Staalmeester, and Zibra brushes, then the shipment is by weight as well. 

Fusion, Zibra, Staalmeester, and Jolie products ship in 3-5 business days, you will receive and email with tracking information once processed.

All other ordered item(s) (finished, unfinished, or custom product lines) could take 7-10 business days to process. 

Please note that if Fusion, Zibra, Staalmeester, and/or Jolie products are ordered along with any other items (finished, unfinished, or custom product lines), the shipping will be defaulted to 7-10 business days. 

Returns

Product purchased onsite at Alamo Craft Company cannot be returned at this time. 

For returns on shipped items, please contact us. In the email, please provide the order number, item to be return, reason for return, and include pictures of product damages. Fusion Paint, Stain, Glaze, Waxes, and Accessories can only be returned if unopened.

If damage happens during shipping, please take pictures of packaging and include in the email regarding the product return. We will be happy to work with you on claiming any damaged products through the courier service that delivered your product (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
