**Color Accuracy:** The colors displayed online and in our promotional materials are rendered digitally and may not match exactly when applied to your surface. Actual colors may vary based on multiple factors including lighting, finish, topcoat, and the medium used. We recommend testing the paint on a piece of scrap material or an inconspicuous surface before proceeding with your project.

Inc. assume no liability for any losses or damages, including property damage, resulting from misuse of its products, including improper application techniques, or failure to conduct tests for method and color accuracy prior to painting.
**Is Fusion™ Mineral Paint Safe?**
We have subjected our paints to the most stringent testing available, and the results indicate that our paints are safe for regular use on furniture. Fusion™ Mineral Paint is certified non-toxic by the American Society for Testing and Materials, meeting the ASTM/D-4236 standard. This means that, according to toxicologist evaluations, there are no components in the paint that exist in any form, volume, or concentration that could lead to chronic adverse health effects.
That said, the potential health effects of long-term ingestion by a child have not been studied, and we cannot guarantee the absence of any risks. Our paints are considered a safer alternative than many others on the market, but we recommend conducting your own research before using them on items that children may frequently contact.
**Are the Fusion Tones for Tots Safe?**
Fusion is committed to your safety and that of your little ones. Our Tones for Tots collection complies with both the lead and phthalate restrictions set by the Toy Safety Standards of North America, as well as the ASTM D4236 LHAMA safety labeling requirements:
1. CPSIA Act of 2008 - Section 108 – Phthalates
2. ASTM D-4236 - Ensuring proper labeling for chronic health hazards, in accordance with the federal Labeling Hazardous Art Materials Act (LHAMA)
3. CPSIA Section 101 – Total Lead in Paints & Surface Coatings
Our paints are not intended for use on items that may come into contact with a child’s mouth.
**Is Your Paint Safe to Use During Pregnancy?**
Like we mentioned before, our paints are certified as non-toxic. While this means they are generally safe for the population, we cannot guarantee they will not affect individuals differently. We recommend consulting your physician before using our products or any others while pregnant or nursing.
**Is Your Paint Safe for Spray Applications?**
Our paints are not intended for spray applications. While they are non-toxic in liquid form, spraying can break them down into small enough particles to be inhaled. Inhalation of such particles may lead to adverse health effects.
