Our tissue paper is incredibly easy to use. Measure and cut the desired amount of paper. Add Decoupage Gel to the prepared surface, then set the paper on top and smooth it with the Scraper Tool or Brayer. Add another layer of Decoupage Gel on top and let it dry.
